The Kosovo Tax Administration has announced that, during the recent activities that inspectors have conducted by the Fate Games Directorate, in the Decani municipality have also filed criminal charges for some subjects.
According to an ATK communique, during a two-day action in this municipality, three subjects of the fortune games, for which fines worth 20,000 euros have been issued.
Also, in this location, five devices have been confiscated. Inspectors have also encountered unidentified locals where the closing tape is placed. The event in this municipality will continue further so that all the premises where they allegedly are exercising their non-licensed activities are verified. And in another action, which was held on the 18th,09,2017, in Pristina specifically in the Kalabria neighbourhood, three locals have not respected the distance of 500m away from educational, religious and municipal institutions. For these subjects, fines worth 9, 000 euros” have been issued, the communiqué says.
Kosovo's Tax Administration has called on all businesses exercising the activity of game of chance to abide by the law, since, instead, conform legal measures will be taken.
