The head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Natalia Apostolova, has encouraged local institutions to form the Association of Communities with the Serbian Majority, but this, according to her, should be done by respecting Kosovo laws and the Constitutional Court's decision.
Apostolova Diplomat has added that even EU senior representative Federica Moghrini, in the Kosovo Parliament, has stressed that they expect the AKS not to be a parallel structure, but that it will inform Kosovo Serbs in institutions and that this will be useful for all sides. So, we're dealing with a Wiin-Win situation, but how this government will deal with this issue will be very important to us, actions that we're going to monitor over the next days”.
