The former head of the Gjilan municipality, Kemajl Mustafa, and 38 other indictees will again face the indictment filed against them by the Special Prosecutor for Organised Crime, writes Koha Ditore today.
This Friday, the Court of Appeals has ruled and rejected the verdict of Pec's Constitutional Court, which the week before had the majority of the indictment collapsed. More specifically, the latter had rejected 16 of the 18 points of the indictment.
The second rate has considered it to be based on the Special Prosecutor's complaint against this decision and has ordered that the court process to begin against those accused of all points of indictment, without exception.
