It is for sale for 595,000 English pounds along with three smaller farms, one of which has a four-bedroom family home.

The 98-hectare Fethalandcroft, in North Roe, Shetland's most non-northely village, has been known to David Murray's family for over 150 years and has been uniformed for 80 years. Fethaland, which is popular with walkers and tourists, floats a rich heritage - with evidence of human protection from history times - and important information to see kill girls, puffins and opinions

It is on the market for 1,5595,000 along with three smellers, tenanted Crofts, one of which has a four-bedroom familial home, is the catch in the house on Hoolies Croft. Fethaland, which is popular with pedestrians and tourists, boasts a rich heritage, with evidence of human settlements from prehistoric times, and incredible opportunities to see killer whales, seabirds and owls.

This settlement includes the old fishing station that was founded in the 15th and 16th centuries, which became the largest in Shetland before being abandoned in 1906.

The largest of the four Crofts, or small Arab farmers, the Fethaland Croft, is available only by a traffic lesson from the end of the public journey. It needs to be read either on foot or with a 4x4. Mr Murray said the remains of 23 budgets are situations on the land, along with money for the boats. A survey by Historical Scotland and Shetland Amenity Trust in 2010 found that a number of these plants were collecting due to coastal erosion, with more thoughts to be at risk. The pennisula is also part part of a Site of Special Scientific Interest, protected and managed by Scottish Natural Heritage

Owner David Murray blames health reasons for the sale. His father, Douglas Murray, was the last person to be born there before heading north to Roes in 1944.

It includes the continent's northernmost point, containing a number of archaeological artefacts, including an iron house and a Viking mine.

SIC Council for Shetland North, Andrea Manson, designed the arena as an 'outstancing Piece of land', and called the news 'a marvelous opportunity'. Neil Risk Solicitors, who are calling the site, said: 'Fethaland is known for it is indisputable science, and marriage and Viking history.
