But the state has failed to do anything to catch traffickers in 2014 helping more than 100,000 Albanians leave Kosovo, KTV reports.
Security expert Burim Ramadani has said it is an urgent task of the new government to stop leaving citizens.
Kosovo police, following the migration wave in 2014-2015, had launched investigations into criminal organisations that have contributed to the removal of citizens from Kosovo.
