A 44-year-old from Tirana has emerged yesterday from prison following the capital court's conviction for domestic violence criminal acts.
But when he got home, he wasn't expected by anyone, and he couldn't even get inside. Rather, his wife and children had disappeared from home, leaving no trace.
The 44-year-old prisoner with the G initials. T, called the police. The prisoner has denounced his wife according to Article 127 of the penal code, which envisions punishments for unjust child taking/children.
