Will there be war between North Korea and the United States?

North Korean state media quoted General Kim Rak Gyom on Wednesday, under which the Phenian is “ready to undertake” a military action targeting the American territory Guam in the western Pacific, where a considerable amount of US air and sea forces were deployed.
