An old man in the carriage had to wait for over 40 minutes for a check at the Family Center in Dardania County in Gjilan.
According to an Indexline reader, the patient in question had to cut down the corridors of this Center after the caregiver was enjoying coffee outside the facility.
According to the same reader, many patients except the elder have been left uncontrollable for lack of medical treatment.
This is not the first time that the Clinical Centre in Kosovo has had no custody service responsibility.
