Irish student Emma Kelly of Dublin asked Leo Vardkar and his companion to wait at the bar for 20 minutes on Sunday evening.
They wanted to sit outside so I told them they'd be waiting for”.
She said she asked him if they were Irish, before she accommodated him in a little “tryese”>
After a friend pointed out who she was, Kelly reported to Twitter about the casual meeting, writing:

The 20-year-old girl, who is in the US with a special summer study visa, said she felt the “narrowed to” from the episode and apologised before lowering the Irish prime minister and his companion to another large table.
