Turkey's ambassador to Kosovo, Kivilim Kilic, has been signed first in the Book of Montenegro, which opened today by the Government of Kosovo in honour of former Kosovo Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi.
The book of Montenegro will be open from 9: 00 p.m.
Bajram Rexhepi has died last Monday (August 21st) in a Turkish hospital, after having undergone brain attack last April.
