The Kosovo government from tomorrow is expected to remain without eight ministers of a deputy prime minister, and all those government officials who have won the MP's mandate. The issue has been extended to the Government meeting and incumbent Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.
He has said he has received legal opinion from the prime minister's Legal Office, that ministers in office should declare which position they want to maintain.
In fact, at the Government meeting, none of the elected ministers as deputy were declared, but are expected to assume the same MP post.
A clarification here has been given by incumbent Minister of Education, Science and Technology Edsim Bajrami, who is also a professor of Constitutional Law.
Even this in front of his colleagues said they should declare which position to hold or otherwise there is conflict of interest.
Bajrami said the MP's post starts at the moment of verification of the mandate, which this is expected to occur at the August 3rd session.
