Recep Tayip Erdogan has been very effective with his Kosovo counterpart. From the expectation he had booked at the end of Thaci last year, the Turkish president has yielded concrete results: the Turkish state will open schools in an effort to replace them with the schools of Fetullah Gylan, the cleric Turkey has declared terrorist. The “Maarif” Foundation, under which these must operate, besides Kosovo, has extended its tentacles to other parts of the Balkans.

Read in Express where Kosovo is in this new Turkish expansion plan. And is Thaci fulfilling his brother Erdogan's desire to wipe out Gylen's movement from Kosovo, whose schools also had his son.

In December 2016, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci was warmly welcomed by his brother, Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan. Turkey's chief of state and Thaci spoke on many topics, but mostly for the imam organisation living in America, Fetollah Gylen, whose organisation Turkey already considers the “terrorist organisation FETO”, which is the movement “Hizmet”, reports Express.

Erdogan, more clearly than ever, asked Thaci to close the Gruevski schools in Kosovo, where, ironically, the president's only son, Andrew Thaci, had been educated.

Thaci had not made any direct promises for schools, but if he is entrusted with notes on official pages of Turkish institutions, he has been clear about cleric Gylen. Thaci was quoted as saying to Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim that “anyone who is a terrorist in Turkey is also a terrorist in Kosovo”.

During Thaci's visit to Ankara, Erdogan was not demanding that Glen's businesses be closed, but was also making an offer to his Kosovo colleague.

As an alternative to the closure of Gulen's schools, Erdogan was extending the Turkish state's plan for opening schools around the globe, as an alternative to <x0-terrorist schools” Gylen.

Here Erdogan was also urging Thaci not to give up the case, saying that in the future Kosovo can see the fight at Güney's schools.

Several months later, quite quietly, this foundation proposed by Erdogan to Thaci has already extended the Tentacles of activity to Kosovo. He has purchased a school that started as an Islamic school, Express reports.

The ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Pristina, Kıvılsım Kılıc in June of this year, has also officially blessed the private school “International Maarif School of Kosova”, which is in fact the International American Academy of Kosovo (IAAK) college. In the English version of this page, in the “section of our” the school was quoted as “Maj Islamic School”.

Erdogan before Thaci had even unveiled how Maarif would function in Kosovo.

Now we're fighting this, and doing this we're burning. We don't want Kosovo burning. Therefore, the Maarif foundation, which we have established, let us co-operate with Kosovo's national education and educate Kosovo's idealistic youth. To educate as a country lover”, Erdogan introduced the “Maarif” foundation to President Thaci.

The foundation in question is now registered as “International Maarif School of Kosovo” owned by Zurkan Vardar and Ferid Bedrol, with director Irfan Bedrol and registered agent Bedril. However, in public Mesut slainaysar is the one presented as director of this foundation, while the school principal in question, Azemine Kukaj, reports Express.

Kosovo authorities have so far not announced that they have taken any measures against the schools of Fetollah Gylinen in Kosovo, even though Erdogan had spoken to Thaci in difficult tones on his visit to Turkey, telling him about the organisation and schools of Gylen that “traffickers are these and we paid for it. I repeat, we don't want Kosovo to pay. Because Kosovo cannot afford this. Turkey had a power to cope, but Kosovo cannot afford”.

But, as Gylen's schools still function officially, Erdogan's “Maarif” foundation of the Erdogan regime is taking off in Kosovo as well, and to combat competition in this private business with schools in the country has been engaged, Ambassador Kıvılcım Kılıçc, who by visiting the schools of “Maarif<3> attacked them of <x4Gylen<5> saying parents should think well where they should register their children because they are not recognised by the FOET school in Turkey.

But a report by the “Anadolu Agency” indicates that Erdogan's plan to remove him from the market of doing business with his former political partner, Fetolah Gyleni, is going according to schedule. Maybe faster.

The “Maarif” Foundation, in response to the schools of the foundation “Hizmet”, according to this report, already has extensions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria's Express.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, where <x0Hizmet” there are 15 schools that have started initiatives at the level of prime ministers of cantons and education ministers for opening schools in the capital, as well as in the cities of Tuzla and Bihac, until Albania, Maarif” Erdogan's already has an agreement to take control of a private school called the Canadian Institute of Technology, founded in Tirana in 2011 by an investor from Qatar.

Under this initiative of the “Maarif” of the Erdogan regime in Montenegro at meetings held with the head of the Islamic Community of Montenegro, Rifat Fejzic, reconciliation has been reached for completion of construction work and for the functioning of the girls' education in Ulcinj, while in Macedonia meetings have been held with the International Balkan University and verbal agreement has been reached for transfers to the primary and medium-level level -- that requirement submitted by the university foundation.

While in Romania where “Hizmet” Glenen's has 10 schools, “Maarif” had purchased a school object, which for financial reasons, “Anadolu Agency” reports it could not work.

It is known in Kosovo that “Maarif” has signed a protocol through which the college International American Academy of Kosovo (IAAK) is transferred to the foundation in question, and becomes aware that the school has 70 students and licenses at pre-school levels, kindergarten, primary and medium-sized, reports Express.

On the page of this school, the English version says the school, The IAAK, which actually refers to as “Islamic School”, is run by two imams, emam Dyl Karin Vardar as director of “Albian Islamic Cultural Center” and imam Ferid Bedrolli, as its secretary. Also, “Majraj Islamiqi, Ramiz Duka, IAK's website has the board published, consisting of Omer Musa, Tahir Kukiqi, Ramiz Duka, Ismet Capric, Hajrudin Muja, Hasan Yasar and the Pelinkovic Union.

The school already taken control of “Maarif” of Erdogan's regime shuts down its description on its site with a sign from the Muslim holy book, the Qur'an, which says “o people, made you one male and female and divided you into peoples and tribes, so that you might know each other”. /GazetaExpress/
