Democratic Party of Kosovo chief member Blerta Deliu-Codra, in a premonition for Periscope, has declared coalition deputies PAN will not be part of today's session, saying the same has been called unilaterally.
While Kosovo Assembly Speaker, the oldest of the new compositions, Adem Mikulovci, has rejected the PAN's demand for continued consultations.
He warned yesterday that there will be two surprises in this session, always if there is a quorum.
Otherwise, this is the fourth continuation of the Kosovo Parliament's constitutional session, in an effort to elect the Speaker of the Parliament, a must for the creation of the new government, for which 61 votes of Kosovo Assembly deputies are needed.
