This is the only solution towards institution creation

Political issues in the country's Donika Salova has commented on the continuation of the Kosovo Parliament's constitutional session. According to Salova, The PAN today publicly admitted they don't have the votes to choose the Speaker of the Parliament.
“The PAN today publicly acknowledged that it does not have 61 votes to make Kadri Veselin parliamentary leader, has only 60 votes, and the 60th vote is that of Teuta I. Rugova, meaning 40 Albanians, 10 Serbs and 10 deputies from other national minorities”, Sallova said.
Analyst Sallova considers PAN's request to postpone constitutional sessions again, indicates that they are trying at all costs to make another MP vote for Kadri Wessel for parliamentary chairman.
“The PAN still asked for time-blocking to get a skunk depuhet. That the 60th and 61th deputy of this <x1 multiethnic multi-level” are a local MP, are not deputy from sovereign will. The 60th and 61st MP has voted the people being at the other 40x3> camp, he praised.
Furthermore, Salova said it is time for the LDK to reflect and thus pave the way for the formation of Kosovo institutions.
“Therefore, this is the last time to clear “Is Mustafa and the triumvirate of LDK Deputy Municipal Speakers. Haziri, A. Veliu, H. Rugova”, and the north paves the way for creating the Albanian parliamentary majority in the Kosovo Assembly (VV-LAA)”, Sallova told Blic.
And if Teuta Rugova really went with the PAN, she would serve as blocking institution building, the analyst says.
“Teuta Rugova if she really went with PAN to unblock the formation of institutions, she should know that from now on, staying with the PAN is serving as an impasse to build institutions. It must choose between being the 60th vote out of the roll, or the 61th vote of the Albanian democratic majority. There's no other way. In fact, there is: the VV's plebiscite victory route in new elections whenever it was to be held”, Sallova concluded.
