Today, former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Anton Lekaj has been released from prison.
Lekaj has been sentenced by the war crimes tribunal in Belgrade, with 13 years against the civilian population.

“Today, it is released from the Pendinska Skela Bashkoto Anton Lekaj from Gjakova, who has been tried by the War Crimes Court in Belgrade. The case of Lekaj's trial and condemnation contained evidence of survivors as well as documents of Serbia's Intelligence Service BIA.
Lekaj has been sentenced in Serbia due to claims that he committed illegal imprisonment, inhumane acts, torture, injuries to body integrity, rape and murder.
