These are possible scenarios of August 3rd, expected to fail Kadri Veseli

On Thursday, August 3rd, the Kosovo Parliament's constitutional sessions have been scheduled. At that meeting will be the election of Speaker of the Parliament, vice-presidents, and verification of MPs' mandates, Periscopi broadcasts. Analyst Ramush Tahiri has told the coalition Periscope The PAN, who received the most votes in the June 11th elections, is entitled to constitutional and legal rights to make the candidate's proposal for chairman Parliament.
Already officially by PAN, they have announced that the candidate will be Kadri Wessel, who held the same post as the previous legislature. Whether he will be voted or not depends on the elected deputies of the Kosovo Assembly.
The other two political angles -- Vetevendosje and the LAA coalition -- have expressed their clear positions that they will not vote on Veselin for the post of first Parliament.
I don't believe PAN withdraws Kadri Wessel's candidacy, though Vetevendosje's LDK have publicly said they will not vote on it. If that's the reason for the country to go to the elections, then it could also go, if the Assembly meeting is not under way in the set term”, Tahiri said of Periscope.
On the other hand, convinced that Wessel will not reach the votes to become a prime speaker even for a mandate, says analyst Imer Mushkolaj, who, speaking of Periscope, expressed sceptical that such a thing could happen.
“Kadri Wessel doesn't have enough votes to be elected chief speaker. I'm skeptical that such a thing could happen. Despite claims that sufficient numbers exist, it is difficult that one of the PAN political rivals will vote on him and the government”, Mushkolaj told Periscope.
Mushkolaj says in such a situation, The UN has to change the candidate. But such a thing will hardly happen, according to analyst Ramush Tahiri, who does not believe the PAN will withdraw Kadri Wessel's candidacy.
According to him, just as LAA and Vetevendosje have the right to challenge Wessel's candidacy, the PAN has the right not to give up on Wessel and the August 3rd session to put it into a proposal for top parliament.
Mushkolaj believes this whole process can drag on in order to provoke new elections.
And the possibility of elections does not exclude Tahir either.
He for Periscopi said the country could go to the polls if the Assembly meeting was not held on schedule.
According to him, it is likely that the August 3rd meeting will be postponed for next week, if MPs fail to elect the Speaker of the Parliament and the deputy chairmans.
And according to Mushkolaj, the procedures will drag on since PAN will fail to secure votes for the Parliament chairman, subsequently for government formation./Periscopi
