Faik Pashollari, who is sentenced to 1 year in prison for careless treatment after the death of a 7 - year - old girl, has returned to work for the second time.
Although he has a court ruling that for three years after the completion of the sentence, he should not exercise public office. This fact was confirmed by the Albanian “Gazeta” father of the 7-year-old girl, Iron Beolari, who says he will continue to seek justice for his daughter and that this doctor is a threat to other children. “He's not a professional doctor. That doctor died of my daughter taking the wrong medication, and tomorrow, he could take the life of other children: 8x3>, Belor said.
The 7-year-old girl who lost her life
Meanwhile, in September of last year, “GSH” has published another interview conducted with the father of the 7-year-old girl, who said that physician Faik Pasholar conducted only 3 days in prison after taking advantage of amnesty. The “just 3 days before the list was announced with the names of people who would benefit from amnesty, turned themselves in to the police, and after 3 days, he was released taking advantage of amnesty. At a time that the 154/2015 amnesty law, Article 5, points 2 says, they don't benefit from amnesty those who have avoided executing the sentence given to”, he said at the time. Shortly, a few months earlier, the doctor Pasholar had begun to exercise his profession at the Permet Hospital, having provided two criminal evidence containing: “is uncondemned”. The first was dated 02,03,2016, and the second, dated 06,06,2016. This evidence, he had assured them of the fact that the General Directorate of Prisons did not have in the system the decision of the Gjirokastra Appeal Court, as well as the Supreme Court's decision, the decision of the formal form. After verification and scriptures published in “The Permet Hospital suspended him from duty.
Mr. Iron, pediatric physician Faik Pashollari, who was convicted of your daughter's death because of careless treatment, has returned to work, although there is a court ruling for failing to perform office for a period of three years. How did you find out?
That's what I learned from a few different people. From some parents who had taken their children to Gjirokastra Hospital to visit them, they had found that the doctor who died my daughter, Era, had returned to work. These people are from Permet and we have knowledge of them. They just came to Permet, they told me.
How did you feel then?
I'm amazed! I don't understand how this doctor who's been convicted of the death of a child could get back to work, when it results in a record of unfair criminality, and for three years he shouldn't do public work! This isn't the first time this doctor's ever got to get back to work, and I can't figure out how he could have done that, because he's got an Apelit Gjirokastra Court ruling for him. Previously, this person has been admitted to the Permet Hospital, working there for six months. Even then I met the hospital director. I told him that this doctor was in charge when a child died, and not that it was my daughter, but because that person had committed a crime and was convicted of it.
How did you do that? Have you contacted relevant institutions?
Yes, indeed! As soon as I learned of this, I went and met the director of Gjirokastra Hospital. He told me I didn't hire this guy. I found this doctor here and he's in from the first director. But I will be interested in this problem by looking at his documents as well. I don't understand how this director, this state or government hires people who are dangerous in the profession they're doing.
