A Russian is suspected to have planned an attack on fear

Authorities in Turkey have arrested a Russian militant who is thought to be part of the Islamic State group.

Media in Turkey report that this person had planned a drone attack, a United States air base, on Incirlik.

The reports, quoted anomim officials as saying that the Russian citizen, identified as Ruslan Bakiyev, was detained in the city of Adana, while “was learning”, in an area near the Incirlik Air Base.

It has also been said that Bakeyev, has also been suspected of organising the previous attack.

Turkey is a member of NATO and the American Air Force, use their base in Incirlik, within the framework of the anti-Islamic State campaign in Syria and Iraq.
