On the 12th.08.207th, about 2:00 p.m., confirming the legal obligation, police have implemented a Constitutional Court ordinance in Pristina, where the control of an object (discotec) located in the Industrial Zone in Pristina is ordered.
The Pristina Constitutional Court's ordinance has specified obligations for the police, as well as deadline for implementation of the ordinance.
The ordinance was issued on 1108.2017, two days after reporting a general risk case, which occurred at the same location (Discotheke), where four people were injured. (In this case the firearm is used).
The operational plan has been led by investigators from the South Police Station, supported by the Special Operations Unit as well as the K9 tracking unit, who did the control of the facility as well as persons found in that location and nothing suspicious, illegal.
During the operation, police units have been confronted with non-co-operation and presumptuous behaviour on the part of two suspected persons who have been escorted to the police station and in co-ordination with the prosecutor against them have initiated cases of non-observation of orders to the official person in carrying out official office and presumptuous behaviour.
After completing all necessary procedural actions against escorts to the station, who were later released in regular procedure as well as after conducting all previous raids, the operation is considered completed around 05:00 on 1108.2017.
In view of the publications being circulated on various social networks around this operation, we want to assure you that the Kosovo Police is the institution that exercises authorisations and conducts duties legally based on Constitutions, other laws in power and the Ethics Code, always with a view to protecting life, property and offering security to all persons.
