Persecutors have the money ready for 1100 files

The heirs of former political convicts must file their files within this month, otherwise losing their second tranche. There are about 1100 beneficiaries on the list, who lack documentation, and the Ministry of Finance indicates that beneficiaries are at the limits of time. 

All beneficiary subjects, part of the list for payment of the second tranche for heirs, should be sent to the finance ministry's responsible structure the documents envisioned in sublegal acts, within a three-month deadline of the list's publication date, after the end of this deadline an additional deadline of up to 30 days. When the heir refuses to hand over the required documentation within the envisioned deadlines, the form of rejection must be in writing.

Individuals who are not compensated, due to non-fulfillment, enjoy the right to receive this payment in the next phase, but not later than three years after publication.

Documents

The documentation that should be sent to the Ministry of Finance for the distribution of the second tranche is: 1. Bank account numbers in cash for each heir, or for the authorized person who has special procurements for the withdrawal of compensation, the 2015 banking document. 2. The identity document (notification, Afterer) of any heir or person with specific procurations for the withdrawal of compensation. The payment of the second tranche will be carried out on the basis of documentation sent for the payment of the first tranche.
