This is Pacolli's message from Berlin.

AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli from Berlin has ordered that political interests should be put aside and work for Kosovo's economic development.

He has taken an example from former German liberals' chief, Hans Dietrich-Genscher, who, according to him, was the state's interest in questioning, putting aside his party's interest in the national interests of his state.

Pacolli has pledged that he will do his best to return the good name and image to Albanians, as well as to people of labor and knowledge, will do everything possible and necessary for the good of our country.

Dear friends, whenever I come to Berlin, in this friendly country, I feel good, but I am also motivated more by the work and welfare of my country, Kosovo dear, here at the place of the great friend of Kosovo, now the late and legend of German diplomacy, Hans Dietrich-Genscher, former chief of German liberals, who when he was the state's interest in questioning, leaving his party's interest behind to confirm the national interests of his state.

He, along with Helmut Kohli of the other party, wrote the new history of Germany, their national and state union as a nation, and achieved it with permanent work and great human and financial sacrifices, with correct co-operation with their Western partners at the helm of the United States, with the North Atlantic military Alliance and in intensive communication with the former Soviet Union.

Germany is now an example of democracy and economic development, prosperity and cultural and social equality. Here a man feels at his second home, as President Ibrahim Rugova often said.

In intensive meetings, here once again I realized clearly that everyone in these difficult days that Kosovo is going through must put aside personal and party interests and act in harmony with national interests. Kosovo now needs the sweeping leader who would pull it out of the political stalemate because Kosovo has lost enough economically and its development has been greatly damaged because of the political blockade, which has engulfed the country more than two months!

Sadly, a healthy part of our youth and experts have fled the country to seek a better life, and we should in no way allow that to happen in the future. We have to be bold at work and quick to stop Kosovo's emptying of our young.

We have to help small, medium-sized businesses as well as guarantee major investment investors in Kosovo.

I will do my best to return the good name and image to the Albanians, as well as to the people of labor and knowledge, will do everything possible and necessary for the good of our widow.

Kosovo deserves more, and we will do everything to reverse it, fulfilling the aspirations of our homelands who saved nothing from their lives so that we today are free and independent.
