A few days from now on in the different media has been news of reaching a co-operation agreement between the winning coalition of elections PAN and Behgjet Pacolli's party, AKR.
In fact, the latter gave the LAA coalition and Vetevendosje 10 days ago an ultimatum so that they would not be angry with each other but think of the country's benefit and send it to institutional blockades.
The first of the AKR, Behgjet Pacolli, has said that if forming institutions depends on his support, then it will not be cause for the blocking of institutions. According to him, the sooner the governing institutions should be functional.
Indexline has contacted AAK deputy Pal Lekaj to see if Pacolli's support for PAN is safe. Regarding this issue, Lekaj said that Kosovo does not have the luxury to go to blockades as it did several years ago.
According to him, based on this matter, PAN believes the AKR will support partnership with PAN, to enable Kosovo to form institutions as quickly as possible.
Everyone in Kosovo, believe, is aware that we don't have the luxury of being blocked, as you did a few years ago, because at that time all ideas were spent to bring down the first one after the elections. Conform this and on their assessments we are confident that Mr. Pacolli and AKR will be available, not for the sake of someone and for narrow political interests, but to give support and enter partnership with the PAN and the candidate for prime minister, Mr. Ramush Haradinaj, to give Kosovo an hour and forward, new institutions that will deal with the many problems and indeed give them” solutions, Lekaj told Indexline.
Lekaj also stressed that co-operation with the AKR will be for the necessity of Kosovo, not political subjects.
“We expect a co-operation with the AKR and others for the necessity that Kosovo has, not for the necessity that we may have as subjects or as individuals separate from each other”, Lekaj added further.
At the same time, the coalition PAN has announced that they will not participate in the session until other subjects participate in consultative meetings.
