The head of the technical delegation for talks on the field of security and Green Carton, Beating Pacolli, has called on the newly formed government to take insurance payments for fellow countrymen.
Pacolli, has said that as a result of Kosovo's non-compliance with the Green Carton, fellow countrymen are obliged to pay the border security police this year.
He has called on the new government, which, as soon as it is formed, will take insurance payments to fellow countrymen on bail.
“I think that this year are more satisfied with fellow countrymen, because at the border we have placed more points where they don't need to wait long when they arrive, to be equipped with security officers for Kosovo territory. They're expecting less than a year ago, we've made a 50 %s discount and they're happy with tariffs, no complaints this year. Only the concern of the National Bureau of Kosovo is that we are not yet able to supply them with Green Carton and Kosovo, because without knowing us the United Nations and 120 states is a little difficult to do, because all states, such as Spain, Russia and many states that have not recognised us”, he has said of Kosovo television.
According to Pacolli, the best solution for fellow countrymen would be for the future government to take over payment of insurance for fellow countrymen.
As regards implementing the agreement with Serbia for free movement, Pacolli says he is not satisfied, as the Serb side continues not to recognise Kosovo signs.
He said he has asked the government to freeze this agreement, but that has not happened. According to him, this year there is a very large influx of migration by about 5% more than last year.
