Thousands of Muslims from the western state of Myanmar, Aracan, continue to leave their homes because of the massacre against them by the Myanmar government and Buddhist monks, the Anadolu Agency broadcast.

Thousands of civilians affected by panic continue to flee the violence of the Myanmar Army in Aran towards the Bangladesh border, including hundreds of injuries.

The State Council Office stressed that deadly attacks at border sites in the western Syrian state erupted Friday, leaving a soldier, 10 police officers, an immigration official and 77 militants dead.

However, media reports later revealed that Myanmar's security forces used excessive force and displaced thousands of Muslim villagers Roggya, destroying houses with mortars and other weapons.

European Council for Muslims spokeswoman Roingaya (ERC), Anita Schug, said yesterday in Geneva that between two and three thousand Muslims were killed in the Myanmar Army attacks in Aracan, as well as in the past three days.

It for AA, stressing that “in Arakan are facing a silent genocide”, said the recent massacres of the army against Muslims in Aracan are several times larger than those in 2012 and last October events.

This region has been facing increasing tensions between its Buddhist and Muslim population since the outbreak of violence in 2012.

By contrast, Arakan Muslims lost their citizenship rights in Myanmar through a law adopted in 1982, while counting as a people “state”. They are considered the UN's most persecuted “Pakica, while facing violence and legal, economic and social discrimination.

They faced massive violence following last October's attacks on three border stations, where eight police officers died.
