Serious Murder Suspects Rejected Snoops

The Kosovo Court of Appeals has rejected the complaints of defence lawyers of the B.P. defendants as untrusted. And J.P., against the establishment of the Constitutional Court in Pec, on July 24th of this year.

“The Court of Appeals estimated that the defenders' complaint claims did not stand, because in the complaint, the prosecutor's preliminary ruling, has correctly justified the suspicion that defendants were involved in carrying out the criminal act they are suspected of. Also, sufficient reasons have been given that there are legal grounds for the appointment of detention, a confirmation of the Penal Procedure Code”, the Court's report said.
