North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, has revised a plan to launch four shells from Guam and thus see America's next move.
US Defence Secretary James Mattis, if North Korea decides to launch these 4 rockets on American soil, then America will have to attack.
At a news conference, Mattis has said you cannot attack Americans and expect no consequences, CNN reported.
South Korean President Moon Yae, has indicated that America cannot attack the land of North Korea without approval of South Korea, thus opposing US Secretary James Mattis.
