McCallister makes it clear to Vuchy: Key issue for Serbia is Kosovo

Vucic has said he disagrees with McCallister, that the key issue for Serbia's progress towards membership in the European Union is improving laws.

He further said he cannot give a date when Serbia can become part of the big European family.
