The new ranking of the Judo World Federation has been published two weeks before the start of the World Championship in Budapest, Hungary.
Twice the world's champion in the category of up to 52 kilograms, Majlinda Kelmendi, continues to remain the first. With 3150 points, she tops the ranking, followed by Brazilian Erica Miranda, which has 640 points less.
In the same category, Distria Krasniqi remains in sixth place with 1897 points, the KOK reports.
In the category of up to 57kg, Nora Gjakova is in eighth place with 1854 points.
In men's competition, Akil Gjakova is in the 42th category of up to 73kg. He has 584 points. All four of our competitors will participate in the Budapest World, which begins on August 28, 2017, where Kosovo is aiming for medals.
