Lekaj: Friendlovci not to set the session before the consultative appointment

After the failure of today's session, the chairman of the assembly, Adem Mikulovci, at the request of the coalition PAN has decided to hold consultative meetings with parties Wednesday.

This meeting has responded positively to all the country's parties, not including Vetevendosje Movement, which have refused their participation in the consultative meeting.

Pal Lekay from AAK has welcomed Mikulovci's decision to appoint this meeting.

But, he has called on the chairman of the session, Adem Mikulovci, not to fall prey to narrow party policies, for calling another session, without sitting at the consultations table.

“We welcome such an invitation to sit at a consultative meeting, of the parliamentary political spectrum and confirm our participation as PAN, but at the same time we call on the chairman of the session not to fall prey to the daily policies of the individual's narrow interests, to invite the next session, while calling for us to sit down at the consultations table for the continuing appointment of the constitutional session”, Lekaj said.

According to him, MPs should not be viewed as enemies among themselves, but only as political opponents because of different ideas about the country's development. Meanwhile, he stressed that consensus and agreement should be the alpha and the omega of policymaking.
