Kelmendi, through a Facebook post, has estimated that the situation created, when the election winner PAN has 39 deputies in the Kosovo Parliament, cannot enable this coalition to establish a stable government even in the event of the “smuggling of the two deputies”.
It is best to find a way to move to new elections so that no more reports of political leaders can be broken but seeing that there is no absolute winner in the elections and the need to create post-election coalitions is necessary, from this we learn the political lesson that there should not be established red public lines which then are obstacles to pushing state processes before”, Kelmen wrote.
The full post of Kelmendi:
“Constitution of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo should be done on the basis of constitutional and legal principles.
Election winner PAN has 39 deputies in the Kosovo Parliament.
To choose;
1. Assembly chairman first needs the winning coalition to propose chairman from the ranks of the largest party in the coalition, which is the PDK.
- To vote, the Speaker of the Parliament needs 61 deputies in the hall.
- 61 MPs are needed to be elected. The PAN has only 39 deputies, 20 are from the Serb minorities and the Serb List, so they are all 59, and 2 MPs are missing.
From this situation the PAN tries to smuggle in at least 2 deputies of parties and other coalitions, who were on the lists of ignoble deputies during the campaign, and committed themselves to making the party or the coalition winner and are now required by these MPs to support it for a sequence of the other party.
What demand for lure, law blackmail, political economics, prolonged bribery or patriotism.
But all of this happens today as if in babesbascah, even though they are non-religious, non-legal, non-human. The same phenomenon is disturbing when it is supported by numerous media and civil societies as well as various institutions without even being noticed.
Two votes are also missing for the chairman, two votes are also missing for the PAN coalition's unity.
As such, these begin to enable the creation of a fragile government with many coalitions and many new obligations created by tempting promises, which are made with a set of demands. Each MP is influential in continuing the work of the coalition by asking for deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers and these will all be paid by the AAK. The PDK, where each of these will require tenders and employment favors, affecting the increase in crime and corruption and impacting the reputation of the state.
It is better to find a way to go to new elections so that no more political leaders' reports can be destroyed, but seeing that there is no absolute winner in the elections and the need to create post-election coalitions is necessary, from this we learn political teaching that there should not be established red public lines, which then are obstacles to pushing the state processes forward.
