Two Kosovars prison who wanted to join terrorist organisations

The two citizens of Kosovo with the initials A.D., and the K.B., have been assigned a month-long detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Pristina at the request of Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, after being detained on Syria's territory in order to join terrorist organisations there, Klan Kosova reports.

The two defendants in order to join armed conflict and incubation under terrorist groups in Syria and Iraq, by date. 25.07.2017 have left Kosovo, where they have passed the border crossing at Elez's Khan and dt. 26.07.2017 have arrived at Istanbul Ataturk Airport. With dt.28.07.2017 Turkish security forces during the monitoring of the border zone with Syria have detained defendants A.D. and K.B., who on the illegal road have attempted to enter Syria's territory”, the Court's report said.

These actions allegedly allegations that defendants A.D. and K.B. have committed the criminal work of preventing the Union in the country's foreign territory conflicts at the Tentivation, or participation in the military or foreign police in the pre-military or pre-police foreign formations in group organisation or individually outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
