The court ruling, according to doctors, creates a state of collapse in national health, while plaintiffs, who are five doctors, two of whom with conflicting specialisations, present their counter-arrangements.
The Court of Appeals with its decision not to recognise the positions of specialists and subspecialists has been met with great concern of over 240 doctors, who, at former Health Minister Ferid Agani's decision, have enjoyed promotional rights as a result of more than 10 years of experience in specific health services.
Only 5 doctors sent the case to the court, while USKKUK's own director, Curr Joci, is quite surprised how the tribunal has managed to make that decision outside any objective assessment.
But according to one of the doctors who has indicted the MSH for equality it has made, the health system in Kosovo needs to be completely destroyed and developed from the start, RTK reports.
According to Internos Cavalry chief Shemsedin Sadiku, the health system in Kosovo will be collapsed if it comes to the annulment of the degrees given to doctors.
According to the Ministry of Health in the coming days, it will review the appeals court's decision and announce health institutions regarding further steps, but until then all relevant calls that doctors have according to the ministry are valid until the ministry's next announcement.
