Saudi Arabia's king, Salman in Abdulaziz el Saud, is known as a person who doesn't like to save much, so he spends less than $100 million on vacations.
King Salman likes to rest at the Tangier in Marco, and this summer, he has decided to spend his annual vacation in this country, while Morocco's Prime Minister, Sadin Otman, has been waiting for him at the airport.
Salman in Abdulaziz el Saud has been accompanied by more than a thousand people. For ministers, advisers, and relatives, over 800 rooms were reserved in the city's most luxurious hotels.
And over 200 cars were rented, while the king himself had obtained some unique bicycles from his homeland. A company who had hired a wonderful staff to prepare different specialties for Saudi king had been hired for his vacation arrangements.
Although it may sound like megaloman, these holidays are not unusual for the king. During March he had traveled to Indonesia, where over 459 tonnes of luggage and two luxury Mercedes-type cars had been sent to the hotel where he had stayed. But on this trip, he had taken fewer people with him than 620.
These holidays in Morocco have a cost of less than $100 million, more than 1.5 percent of the money from the $6.5 billion Morocco plans to win during this tourist season.
Within the king's rest complex is a special hospital, but there is no shortage of a restaurant dedicated to important people.
