Publicist Kimete Berisha has announced yesterday that she has enrolled in the course for self-defense.

In ridicule, she has made public the first 23 lessons she has learned in the course.

At the first hour of my self - defense, I received basic teachings, as follows.

1. Lesson number one: Go.

5. Shout aloud if someone attacks you;
6. Take a serious stand, and be confident in front of the attackers.

7. If he attacks you, hit him in these organs:

22. Look out, don't beg beats, don't worry.
