K JEC has announced that it has undertaken all actions to implement Constitutional Court Acts, No. KI 34/17 and No. KI 55/17, regarding these appointments immediately after the publication. In accordance with Article VI point, August 18, 2017 K The JEC has informed the Constitutional Court of the measures undertaken for implementing relevant judgments.
K The JCK, according to the media communiqué, will meet during the first week of September for detailed review of statements, broadcasts Indexline.
The KCJ is committed to continuing co-operation with international partners and will take all necessary constitutional and legal measures for strengthening the rule of law in the Republic of Kosovo.
