Islamic State assumes responsibility for Russian attack

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the knife attack in the Russian town of Surgu in Siberia, the Amarak agency, close to this jihadist group, has announced. Eight people were injured when an unknown male stabbed passersby. The attacker was killed by the police.
