He is the younger brother of Dris Okabir, whose ID was used to rent the van. Dris Okabir denies any involvement and claims his younger brother stole his ID, writes Sky News, broadcasts news.net.
Thirteen people remain dead in the attack last night in Barcelona, and more than a hundred have been injured.
So far, three people have been arrested.
