Gicaj: Is there a wolf over them? PAN numbers?

LDK member Bajram Gecaj through a post in “Facebook” asked if The PAN has numbers for institution creation.

He's ironic with PAN officials' statements, that they have numbers, which he compared to a story.

You certainly remember the story of the boy who was constantly deceiving the village with the “is the wolf, it's the wolf”. After a while the story continues, even the true coming of the wolf no longer trusted by anyone, and Gecaj wrote.
