The head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and many of its deputies have now gathered at party offices.
It is well known that the head of this meeting will attend. PDK, Kadri Wessel, while the subject of this meeting will be tomorrow's constitutional session.
Although the meeting has been called by 10:00, MPs are still being seen as they enter party facilities.
It has been reported that the Assembly session could be postponed because Wessel is not sure the necessary numbers, but which have dismissed PDK deputies who have voiced confidence that votes for Wessel are secure.
