Irenaeus Cruz, a 40-year-old farmer and his beautiful wife, Yucicleide Silva, from Concei ao de Coit, Brazil, were married 20 years ago, broadcast Indescline.
When the couple were preparing to have their first child, the two agreed: The man will appoint the boys, and the woman will appoint the girls. So far, Jucicleide has not appointed any of their 13 children.
