Mustafe Hasani has been fired from chief-in-chief position at the public company Operator of System, Transition and Market (KOSTT), and instead appointed deputy head of office, Kadri Kadriu.

Officially COSTT officials confirm Hasan's dismissal, but do not elaborate on why such a decision has been made. And on the other hand, Hasan himself says the decision on dismissal is illegal, with the case being addressed to the Court.

Zana Bajrami-Rama, official for media at this public company, says the CoSTT Board of Directors at the meeting held on August 18th 2017, in the continuation of fulfilling the legal mandate of oversight has decided to make changes to the framework.

“The Board of Directors based on competencies and responsibilities in accordance with the Law for Public Enterprises has made a decision to free COST chief executive officer Mustaf Hasanian from office. The task leader of the COST chief executive until another decision has been appointed deputy chief of operations Kadri Kadriu”, Bajrami-Rama has said. /Sound/
