The House Constituent hearing cannot be closed without selecting the Parliament's organs. Because there are not two constitutional sessions, only one. Without selecting the country's organs, the Assembly can't become functional, so it can't be called a normal plenary session, so “lapsus lingua” Adam Miculovz has no legal consequences. Even if Adam Mikulovci intended to close the session and put it in a vote, and his proposal to vote on it, the session cannot be closed, because the only purpose of this session is to convert the Assembly and select its organs. Practically this session may be prolongable, but it's inconsistent! It shuts down with its mission!
