While announcing discussions about economic themes during the Adriatic Charter summit in Podgorica on Wednesday, Markovic said this event was held “at the Clinton” hotel. He was actually in the Hilton Hotel, where Pence is staying.

“I expect an open and concrete exchange of thoughts by US leaders of the Adriatic Charter during the most recent summit of that day, at the K Hotel ... at Clinton Hotel,”, Markovic said.

It is not clear whether Markovic was confused or just read a spelling mistake, B92 reports.

This mistake has not had to happen by Montenegro's prime minister since the Clinton Hotel, which Markovic mistakenly mentioned, is against Trump's leading candidate, Hillary Clinton.

This must have made the situation very uncomfortable for US Vice President Mike Pence, who was present at the meeting.
