Alliance Vice President Albena Resiti has told RTV21 that the demands of all party branches in Pristina have been for Behgjet Pacolli to be Pristina's presidential candidate.
“In a multi-hour meeting that we've had with headship and with the Parliament we've discussed the possibility that he will be a candidate for Pristina, to tell you the truth and I personally think it would be an honor for Kosovo, for Pristina to succeed Pristina chairman Behgjet Pacolli.”, she said, Rtv21. tv
She has added that the proposal has not yet been submitted to the CEC since confirmation by Pacolli is expected.
“remains to be set by him personally if he will accept this”, Resitiy stated.
