Officials of the Democratic League of Kosovo and those of the Vetevendosje Movement in recent days have begun with fierce accusations against each other. While a potential coalition between these two political subjects has been spoken of, with recent actions these two are hinting that they are leaving and more from each other.
And this conflict, analysts are seeing it as their boost to LDK leader Isa Mustafa.
Political affairs acquaintance Donnik Sallova in a proposal for Indexline says this conflict is being made for personal motives. According to him, Mustafa has a political and personal hostility to the VV because of two major losses.
The “Conflict between the LDK and the VV is a conflict prompted by Isa Mustafa for personal motives. Isa Mustafa feels political and personal animosity toward the VV because the VV has caused two major losses. The first VV took over from Pristina's LDK, defeating Isa Mustafa, and the second VV released it. The LDK (with the LAA) is the third subject in Kosovo”, Saova has said.
He also says Mustafa through these actions is trying to justify the LDK structures coalition opposition with the VV.
Therefore, only for VV not to take power is Mustafa aiming to promote “political hatred” to LDK structures and militants in order to justify for coalition opposition with the VV. So Mustafa will do his last service The PDK and LDK will lead to the breakup!”, he added.
Otherwise, Vetevendosje has been storing 70 files against Mustafa in Kosovo's Special Prosecutor. Even after three years of investigation, however, the prosecution has failed to find elements of any criminal acts that are linked to misuse of official duty or corruption against former Pristina leader Isa Mustafa.
