Vetevendosje Movement MP Albin Kurti at today's Assembly of the Parliament said new institutions must be formed.

He has told PDK chairman Kadri Veselnin to come out and be measured in votes.

He has further criticised LDK chairman Isa Mustafen, saying this party has authorised him to negotiate with LVV to reach co-government agreements, but according to Kurti they have only met once during this period. He's said it's like Mustafa's getting better.
