Although Coalition Members PAN is claiming to be in talks on securing the necessary numbers for the vote of Parliament Speaker Behgjet Pacolli's AKR, which is seen as “opion”, the PAN, is claiming they are not in talks with this coalition.
A deal between LVV's LDK also supports the AKR, which is recently talked about joining the PAN.
Vesel Makolli, secretary-general of the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), has told “Zerin” that the AKR supports an agreement between the LDK and the “Movement” and that after the last meeting things have moved in a positive direction.
While for possible co-operation with the PAN coalition, he said they are not negotiating.
We're not in negotiations with PAN. We are in talks with the coalition where we are. We had a meeting between Isa Mustafes and Albin Kurt and we as AKR are to continue these talks. However, things have moved a little positive between LDK and LVV. It is expected that there will be something, after such a meeting, they seem to have overcome their recent resentment. I believe it will soon result in an agreement, as such an agreement would create a majority. We as AKR support him, since that was Mr. Pacolli has to push such a deal”, he said of “Zerin”.
