Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has participated in the International Conference, Dubrovnik's “Forum”, where it is discussed for the Adriatic-Mediterranean co-operation and security of Southeast European countries.
During his speech, the president, Hashim Thaci, has again stressed that Kosovo, as a sovereign state, also has the constitutional obligation to form the military, which will be made in partnership with NATO.
On that note, as highlighted in the Kosovo presidency's media report, Mr. Thaci said dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia “should end with the full normalisation of relations” between the two countries.
He has stressed that the <x0) governments of clear orientation to the European Union are taking power in most Southeast European states”, while in the EU there are signs that European integration policies are again triumphing.
Mr. Thaci said that in this regard there should be “libership and vision” to understand that “we should look at each other not as enemies, but as partners and as chance”.
