Ternava: Mosque petition doesn't carry weight

He has stated that there is a need and a strong desire for believers to do this, underlining that he hopes the Pristina Community will make a decision to equip BIK with construction permits for it, Kosovo reports.
The former Muslim community has been to build a large mosque in Pristina that would enable believers to perform their prayers in better conditions”.
“Don't add weight to signatures in the petition for the mosque. Everyone's absolute desire is for the mosque to be built. We've requested and demanded that the Pristina municipality equip us with construction permits, so that the construction of the mosque, which is God's house, where only he deserves to be worshiped.
“We've made all preparations for starting work. The initiative on what the mosque should look like in terms of architecture does not believe it belongs to those who are not responsible for this”.
“I believe that on Friday the Pristina Assembly will make a firm decision to equip us with construction permits for the Great Mosque in Pristina. I want to invite our faithful to stay calm because we will do our job properly. The mosque will be built”.
