It appears that preparations have already begun for registering the new legislature's deputies.
They are expected to be equipped with the MP's card, writes Periscope.
For days it has been reported that the chairmanship meeting will be scheduled this week to set up a constitutional session, but apparently that failed.
It is President Hashim Thaci who has left this process hostage, as he is expected to first call the constitutional session, for which he has given no sign. /Periscope.
